7. Remove the Instrument Panel (IP) compartment (2).

8. Release then unlock the IP module connector (1).
9. Disconnect the IP module pigtail.

10. Release and unlock the driver and passenger seat module connectors.
11. Disconnect the driver and passenger seat modules.

Enabling the SIR System

1. Remove the key from the ignition switch.
2. Install the yellow 2-way connectors to the driver and passenger seat modules.
