Air Door Actuator / Motor: Service and Repair

Plenum Side Vent Actuator Replacement

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT 

1. Front door sill plate.

2. Cowl side vent cover.

3. Vacuum line from the actuator (4).

4. Valve assembly (300).

5. Actuator (4).

INSTALL OR CONNECT 

1. Actuator (4) to the valve assembly (300).

Tighten nuts (133) to 2 Nm (2 in. lbs.).

2. Valve assembly (300) to the vehicle.

^

Tighten screws (137) to 2 Nm (18 in. lbs.).

3. Vacuum line to the actuator (4).

4. Cowl side vent cover.

5. Front door sill plate.
