Parking Brake Cable: Service and Repair
Rear Cable Replacement
With 4 Wheel Disc Brakes
Rear Cables, Cross Pull System
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Release the parking brake.
2. Raise vehicle and support with the proper safety stands.
Rear Cable Equalizer
3. Loosen the front cable at the equalizer.
Rear Cable (Left Side)
4. Disconnect the front cable connector from the rear parking brake cable.
