3. Remove the bolt.
4. Remove the tensioner.
INSTALLATION
1. Install the tensioner to the mounting bracket.
2. Install the bolt.

Tighten the bolt to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the drive belt.
a. Route the belt over all the pulleys except the generator.
b. Observe belt routing for vehicles without air conditioning.
c. Observe belt routing for vehicles with air conditioning.
d. Install a 3/8 inch drive on the tensioner arm and rotate the arm counterclockwise.
e. Install the belt over the generator pulley.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
