6. Screws that retain the CHMSL to the roof.
Tighten

CHMSL screws to 1.4 N.m (12 lb in).
Utility - Endgate Window-Mounted
Remove or Disconnect
1. Screws that retain the CHMSL to the endgate window.
2. CHMSL from the vehicle.
3. Electrical connector.

Pull the rubber grommet from the body at the top of the endgate opening.

Pull the electrical connector through the hole in the body and disconnect.
Install or Connect
4. Electrical connector.

Connect the electrical connector and push it through the hole in the body.

Insert the rubber grommet into the hole, making sure that it is properly seated.
5. CHMSL to the vehicle.
6. Screws that retain the CHMSL to the endgate window.
Tighten
-
CHMSL screws to 1.4 N.m (12 lb in).
