S10/T10 Blazer 4WD V6-4.3L VIN W (1997)
1. Install the seat belt retractor assembly to the vehicle.
2. Install the bolt that retains the seat belt retractor assembly to the vehicle.
Tighten
Tighten the seat belt retractor assembly bolt to 70 N.m (52 lb.ft.).
3. Guide the seat belt through the opening in the garnish molding.
4. Install the front side door lock pillar garnish molding.
5. Install the upper seat belt anchor plate and bolt to the vehicle.
Tighten
Tighten the upper seat belt anchor plate bolt to 70 N.m (52 lb.ft.).
6. Close the upper seat belt anchor plate cover.
