Rear Disc Brakes
Caliper Replacement
NOTE:

Do not use lubricated compressed air on brake parts as damage to rubber components may result.

Replace all components included in repair kits used to service this caliper assembly.
^
Lubricate rubber parts with clean brake fluid to ease assembly.
^
If any hydraulic component is removed or disconnected, it may be necessary to bleed all or part of the brake hydraulic system.
^
Replace pads in axle sets only.
^
The torque values specified are for dry, Unlubricated fasteners.
^
Perform service operations on a clean bench, free from all mineral oil materials.
Rear Brake Caliper Components
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Raise and suitably support vehicle.
2. Tire and wheel.

Install wheel nuts to retain rotor.
