Replace inner and outer pads in axle sets only. Rotate caliper housing into its operating position.
3. Springs on inner and outer pads must not stick through inspection hole in caliper housing. If springs are sticking through inspection hole in caliper
housing, lift caliper housing and reposition springs.
4. New upper caliper guide pin bolt/screw.

Tighten upper caliper guide pin bolt/screw to 31 Nm (23 ft. lbs.).
5. With engine running, pump brake pedal slowly and firmly to seat inner and outer pads.
6. Tire and wheel.

Remove wheel nuts securing rotor.
7. Lower vehicle.
8. Fill master cylinder reservoir.
9. Pump the brake pedal until a firm pedal feel is obtained.
