License Plate Lamp: Service and Repair
Pickup Without Step Bumper

Remove or Disconnect

-

Make sure the headlamp switch is in the OFF position.

-

Make sure the ignition switch is in the LOCK position.

1. Bulb and socket from the vehicle.

-

Rotate the bulb and socket 1/4 turn counterclockwise to remove.

2. Bulb from the socket. 
3. Lens retaining clip. 
4. Lens from the filler panel.

Install or Connect

1. Lens to the filler panel.
2. Lens retaining clip.
3. Bulb to the socket.
4. Bulb and socket to the vehicle.

Rotate the bulb and socket 1/4 turn clockwise to install.
