Window Regulator: Service and Repair
Trim Panel

Front Door Trim Panel

Tool Required:

J 38778 Trim Panel Remover

Remove or Disconnect

1. Inside door handle bezel.
2. Window regulator handle.
3. Trim panel armrest screw cover from the armrest.

Carefully pry off the cover with a flat blade tool.

4. Screws that retain the trim panel to the door..
5. Door trim panel from the door.

Use tool J 38778 to release the door trim panel retainers.

Install or Connect

1. Door trim panel to the door.
2. Screws that retain the door trim panel to the door.

Tighten
^

Screws to 1.9 N.m ((17 lb. in.).

3. Trim panel armrest screw cover to the armrest.

Position the cover and snap it into place.

4. Window regulator handle.
5. Inside door handle bezel.
