Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the drive belt.
2. Remove the belt tensioner bolt.
3. Remove the belt tensioner.
Ensure that there is a locating pin (1) on the tensioner.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the belt tensioner. Position the locating pin (1) on the tensioner into the hole in the generator bracket.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.
2. Install the belt tensioner bolt.
Tighten the bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
3. Install the drive belt.
