Removal Procedure
1. Remove the transfer case. Refer to Transfer Case Assembly Replacement (See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/BW 4485-NR3 -
Transfer Case/Transfer Case Assembly Replacement) .
Important: It may be necessary to use a sharp punch in order to poke a hole into the seal prior to insertingJ 36825 .
2. Using the J 23907 (1), andJ 36825 (2), remove the input seal.
