4. Disconnect the generator battery jumper cable. Refer to Generator Battery Jumper Cable Replacement   (See: Service and Repair/Generator

5. Loosen the auxiliary battery positive clamp nut (1) and remove the clamp from the battery post.
6. Remove the cable retainers (2) along the top of the fan shroud.

7. Remove the auxiliary battery positive harness clips (1) from the condensor hose and the transmission cooler hose.
