Removal Procedure
1. Disconnect the auxiliary battery. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Single Battery) (See: Negative/Service and

Disconnection and Connection (Auxiliary Battery) (See: Negative/Service and Repair).
2. Remove the underhood junction block cover.
3. Open the auxiliary battery positive cable post cover.
4. Loosen the auxiliary battery positive cable nut (2).
5. Remove the auxiliary battery positive cable from the battery positive post.
6. Remove the auxiliary battery positive cable nut (1) from the underhood junction block stud.
