Power Steering Cooler Pipe/Hose Replacement - Suburban 2WD V8-60L (2007)
Notice: Refer to Power Steering Hose Disconnected Notice.
1. Place a drain pan under the vehicle.
2. Siphon the fluid from the reservoir to prevent excess spillage.
3. Remove the clamp retaining the power steering cooler inlet hose (3) to the power steering gear (2).
4. Remove the power steering gear outlet pipe (6) from the power steering gear (2).
Installation Procedure
1. Install the power steering gear outlet pipe (6) to the power steering gear (2).
2. Install the retaining clamp.
3. Fill and bleed the power steering system. Refer to Power Steering System Bleeding.
4. Inspect all the hose connections for leaks.
