Tracker 2WD L4-1.6L VIN 6 (2000)
1. Install the rear door upper hinge (1) to the vehicle. Secure the hinge to the door jamb with the 3 mounting bolts. Do not tighten completely at this
time.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
2. Install the 2 bolts (2) that retain the rear door upper hinge (1) to the rear door. Do not tighten completely at this time.
Tighten the rear door upper hinge to the door jamb mounting bolts to 34 N.m (25 lb ft).
3. Open the rear door.
Tighten the rear door upper hinge to the door mounting bolts to 34 N.m (25 lb ft).
4. Close the rear door.
5. Install the rear door hinge cover (1) to the vehicle. Ensure that the plastic retainers are completely engaged.
