Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement

Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear side door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement.
2. Remove the following components from the rear side door (3):

1. The 2 screws
2. The rear side door pull handle bracket

3. Peel the water deflector (2) from the door (3).
4. Inspect the water deflector (2) for holes. Use waterproof tape in order to repair any holes found. Apply waterproof tape to both sides of the water

deflector (2), if necessary.

Installation Procedure

1. Apply adhesive to the back of the rear side door water deflector (2).
2. Install the water deflector (2) to the rear side door (3).
3. Install the rear side door pull handle bracket to the door. Secure the bracket with the 2 screws.
4. Install the rear side door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement.
