Power Steering Line/Hose: Service and Repair
Power Steering Reservoir Inlet Pipe/Hose Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Use a siphon in order to remove the power steering fluid from the reservoir (6).
2. Loosen the power steering fluid reservoir inlet hose clamp (4) at the steering gear housing.
Notice: Refer to Power Steering Hose Disconnected Notice in Cautions and Notices.
Important: Place a drain pan under the vehicle in order to catch any escaping fluid.
3. Remove the power steering fluid reservoir inlet hose (3) from the steering gear housing.
