Installation Procedure

Installation Procedure

1. Install the Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Coil and combination switch (1) to the steering column.
2. Install the Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Coil and combination switch electrical connectors (3,4).
3. Secure the SIR coil and combination switch wiring harness to the steering column with the retaining bands.
4. Install the upper steering column cover and the lower steering column cover to the steering column.
5. Secure the steering column covers with the 3 screws (2).
6. Install the Instrument Panel (IP) steering column opening trim plate.
7. Install the steering wheel to the steering column.
