12.2. Use a wrench and rotate the belt tensioner clockwise.
12.3. With pressure applied to the wrench, install the belt.
12.4. With the belt installed properly, release the belt tensioner.
12.5. Inspect that the belt is properly installed on all pulleys. When a new belt is correctly installed, the hash mark will be within the indicated
range on the tensioner.
