1. Remove the right tail lamp. 
2. Remove the 4 bolts (1) that retain the rear door lower hinge (2) to the rear door.
3. Remove the 3 bolts (3) that retain the rear door lower hinge (2) to the rear door jamb.
4. Remove the rear door lower hinge (2) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the rear door lower hinge (2) to the vehicle. Secure the hinge to the rear door jamb with the 3 mounting bolts (3). Do not tighten completely

at this time.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice  in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the 4 bolts (1) that retain the rear door lower hinge (2) to the rear door.

Tighten the rear door lower hinge mounting bolts to 34 N.m (25 lb ft).

3. Install the right tail lamp.

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear door hinge cover (1) from the vehicle by gently prying in order to release the plastic retainers that retain the cover.
