Door Support Replacement - Rear

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the nut (2) which secures the rear door strut (1) to the rear door.
2. Remove the nut (2) which secures the rear door strut (1) to the rear door opening.
3. Remove the rear door strut (1) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the rear door strut (1) to the rear door opening. Secure the strut with the nut (2).

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice  in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the rear door strut (1) to the rear door. Secure the strut with the nut (2).

Tighten the rear door strut nuts to 15 N.m (11 lb ft).
