Exhaust Manifold Replacement - Left

Removal Procedure

1. Detach the oxygen sensor couplers from the mounting bracket (1) and disconnect the Oxygen Sensor (H02S1) electrical connectors (2).

2. Remove the oil dipstick and tube (3).
3. Remove the exhaust manifold cover bolts (1) and the cover (2).
4. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.

5. Remove the following from the exhaust manifold and engine block:

1 bolt

-

1 nut

-

The exhaust manifold reinforcement bracket (1)

6. Remove the front pipe.
