Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the accessory drive belt. Refer to Fastener Notice Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory.
2. Remove the drive belt idler pulley and bolt.

Installation Procedure

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice.

1. Install the drive belt idler pulley and bolt to the generator bracket.

Tighten the bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
