Radio Rear Side Door Speaker Replacement

Radio Rear Side Door Speaker Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement   (See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear

Door/Rear Door Panel/Service and Repair).

2. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement   (See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear

Door/Rear Door Panel/Service and Repair).

3. Disconnect the speaker electrical connector.
4. Remove the 3 speaker retaining bolts.
5. Remove the speaker from the door.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the speaker to the door.

Caution:  Refer to Fastener Caution   (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).

2. Install the 3 speaker retaining bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 2 Nm (18 lb in).

3. Connect the speaker electrical connector.
4. Install the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement   (See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear

Door/Rear Door Panel/Service and Repair).

5. Install the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement   (See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear
