Traverse FWD V6-3.6L (2009)
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
1. Position the knock sensor and tighten the knock sensor bolt.
Tighten the bolt to 23 Nm (17 lb ft).
2. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (2) to the bank 2 knock sensor (3).
3. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (See: Maintenance/Vehicle Lifting/Service and Repair).
4. Install a NEW engine oil filter. Refer to Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Engine
Lubrication/Engine Oil/Service and Repair).
5. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (See: Starting and Charging/Battery/Battery
Cable/Service and Repair).
