Locate the sheet metal seams at the base of the windshield on both sides of the cowl. Refer to the dotted line in the illustration above for the
location. Left side shown. Right side typical.

Apply Medium Body Seam Sealing Compound, P/N 12378500 (in Canada, P/N 10952233), or equivalent, as required, to the sheet metal seams on
both sides of the cowl.
4.
Reinstall the air inlet grille. Refer to the Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement procedure in the Body Front End Sub-section of the Service Manual.
