10. Install the main cap tie (horizontal) bolts and tighten to 28 Nm (250 in. lbs.)
11. Install oil pick-up tube.
12. Install oil pan. See: Engine Lubrication/Oil Pan/Service and Repair/Engine Oil Pan - Installation
13. Fill engine crankcase with proper oil to correct level.
