Tire Pressure Monitor Receiver / Transponder: Service and Repair
TPM Transponder - Installation

Front

FRONT

1. Position transponder (2) against front fascia (4) and install mounting screw (3).
2. Connect wiring harness connector (1) at transponder (2).
3. Install wheelhouse splash shield and all components removed to access it. See: Body and Frame/Fender/Front Fender/Front Fender Liner/Service

and Repair/Installation

4. Perform TPM Diagnostic Verification Test. See: Powertrain Management/Computers and Control Systems/Testing and Inspection/Diagnostic

Rear

REAR

1. Position transponder (2) on body seam flange (4) and install mounting nuts (1).
2. Connect wiring harness connector (3) at transponder (2).
3. Install wheelhouse splash shield and all components removed to access it. See: Body and Frame/Fender/Rear Fender/Rear Fender Liner/Service

and Repair/Installation

4. Perform TPM Diagnostic Verification Test. See: Powertrain Management/Computers and Control Systems/Testing and Inspection/Diagnostic
