3. Carefully pull up coil from cylinder head opening with a slight twisting action. Twisting will help break loose boots (1) from spark plugs.
INSTALLATION
1. Before installing coil(s), apply dielectric grease to inside of spark plug boots (1).
2. Position ignition coil into valve cover and push both spark plug boots onto each spark plug.
3. Install two coil mounting bolts (3) and tighten to 12 N.m (105 in. lbs.).
