300 SRT-8 V8-6.1L VIN W (2005)
6. Tighten pressure hose tube nut at steering gear to 47 Nm (35 ft. lbs.) torque.
7. Install belly pan.
8. Lower vehicle.
NOTE: Always use a NEW O-ring on the end of the pressure hose.
9. Lubricate NEW O-ring on power steering pump end of pressure hose with clean power steering fluid.
10. 2.7L/3.5L Engines - Install pressure hose (2) to pump (1). Tighten pressure hose tube nut to 47 Nm (35 ft. lbs.) torque.
11. 5.7L Engine - Install pressure hose (2) to pump (1). Tighten pressure hose tube nut to 47 Nm (35 ft. lbs.) torque.
12. Install air cleaner housing and inlet tube.
