2. Install the three screws (1) that secure the blend door actuator and cover (2) to the bottom of the HVAC housing (3). Tighten the screws to 2 Nm

(17 in. lbs.).

3. Connect the HVAC wire harness connector (1) to the blend door actuator. Make sure the wire harness is properly secured to the bottom of the

HVAC housing.

4. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
5. Initiate the Actuator Calibration function using a scan tool   See: Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and General Diagnostics/HVAC System

Rear

INSTALLATION

1. Position the rear blend door actuator (1) onto the inboard side of the rear heater-A/C housing (2). If necessary, rotate the actuator slightly to align

the splines on the actuator output shaft (3) with those on the rear actuator coupler (4).
