(5) Remove retaining clip from shift cable conduit bracket (Fig. 239).
(6) Disconnect shifter cable from cable attach stud (pin) (Fig. 239).
(7) Remove cable from center console routing. Leave flat on floor for ease of removal.
(8) Raise hood. Remove gearshift cable from throttle/gearshift cable bracket (Fig. 240)
