Always flush the transmission oil cooler when reconditioning the transaxle.

Use Mopar ATF Plus (Type 7176) transmission fluid PN 4467721 to refill the transaxle. This is the preferred fluid, however Mopar Dexron
II/Mercon transmission fluid, PN 4467723 may be used if ATF Plus is not available.
