EXCEPT MODELS W/COMPACT DISC PLAYER
1982---84 Aries & Reliant; 1982---83 LeBaron & 400; 1983 E Class, Executive, New Yorker & 600
1. Disconnect battery ground cable, then remove center bezel.
2. On vehicles equipped with mono-speaker, remove speaker and disconnect from radio.
3. Remove two screws attaching radio to base panel, then pull radio through front face of base panel.
4. Disconnect wiring harness, antenna lead and ground strap.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
Lancer & LeBaron GTS
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove cluster bezel attaching screws, then the cluster bezel.
3. Remove radio attaching screws, then pull radio away from dash panel.
4. Disconnect electrical connectors, antenna lead and ground strap.
5. Remove radio from vehicle.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
