Push back the left rear wheelhouse splash shield and, using denatured alcohol, clean behind the lip of the rear quarter panel where it contacts the
splash shield in the area shown in (Fig. 2). Be sure the inside lip of the quarter panel is clean and dry.

Stack two pieces of foam tape, one on top of the other to achieve double thickness.

Position the stacked pieces of foam tape, 10 mm (0.375 in.) X 304 mm (12 in.) with the sticky side of the foam tape against the inner lip of the
quarter panel between the quarter panel and the rear wheelhouse splash shield (Fig. 2).

5.

Repeat Step # 2 through Step # 4 on the right side of the vehicle.
