Repair Procedure

1.

Remove the second row bench seat assembly from the vehicle. Refer to the detailed service information available in TechCONNECT, under:
Service Info, 23-Body, Seats, Seat, Removal, Second Row Seat.

2.

Place the seat assembly on a suitable bench, with the bottom of the seat cushion facing up.

3.

Remove the 4 cushion trim plastic anchors (2 on each side of the seat) that attach the seat cushion trim to the seat cushion pan on the left seat (Fig.
1).

4.

Remove the shield covering the front floor mounting bracket on the left seat.

5.

Remove the fastener attaching each front seat leg to floor mounting bracket on the left seat (Fig. 2).
