Along the bottom of the black load floor remove the 4 plastic anchors attaching the latch covers (one on the back and one on the side of each latch
cover) and the 2 plastic anchors attaching the trim cover to the load floor (Fig. 11).

Flip up the carpet on the seat back to expose the black load floor and remove the 7 screws attaching the load floor to the frame (Fig. 12).
