Oil Pan: Service and Repair
OIL PAN
REMOVAL
1) Disconnect negative cable from battery and remove engine oil level indicator tube (Fig. 133).
2) Raise vehicle on hoist and drain engine oil.
3) Remove the right engine mount heat shield (Fig. 134).
4) Disconnect the in block heater (if equipped) (Fig. 134).
