6. Install gearshift knob (Fig. 268).

7. From underhood, install gearshift cable to transaxle bracket (Fig. 269).
8. Install cable to transaxle manual valve lever (Fig. 269).
9. Adjust gearshift cable. 

10. Connect battery negative cable.
