17. Remove the two bolts (3) on the axle trailing arm securing the parking brake cable (1) and routing brackets to the axle trailing arm (2).
18. Pull the cable (1) through the hole in the trailing arm (2).
19. Remove the parking brake cable with sealing grommet through the floor pan of the vehicle.
