Idler Pulley: Service and Repair
Idler Pulley - Installation

INSTALLATION

1. Position pulley (2) in mounting position. Install fastener securing idler pulley (1) to front of engine. Torque fastener to 28 Nm (250 in. lbs.).
2. Install accessory drive belt See: Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Accessory Drive Belt - Installation.
3. Install belt splash shield.
4. Lower vehicle.
5. Connect negative battery cable.
