PT Cruiser L4-2.4L (2008)
1. Install shift mechanism (1) into position. Install mechanism-to-floor pan nuts (2) and torque to 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.).
2. Install gearshift cable (3) to shift mechanism (1).
3. Adjust gearshift cable.See: Shift Linkage/Shift Cable/Adjustments
4. Connect shift bezel lamp socket. Install shift bezel (1) and torque screws (2) to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.).
5. Install and secure BTSI cable to shift mechanism.
6. Adjust BTSI cable.See: Shift Interlock/Adjustments
