Windshield Washer Spray Nozzle: Service and Repair
Washer Nozzle - Removal

Front

REMOVAL

1. Open hood.
2. Remove the rear underhood silencer pad fasteners.
3. Disconnect the washer hose from the underside of the front washer nozzle.
4. Lower hood down.
5. Using a plastic body filler spreader or equivalent (credit card), gently place it underneath the front of the washer nozzle. Be careful not to damage

the hood seal underneath the nozzle.

6. Rock the nozzle back and forth slightly to release it from the hood panel.

Rear

REMOVAL

1. Open liftgate.
2. Remove liftgate CHMSL access panel See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Trunk / Liftgate Interior Trim Panel/Service

and Repair/Panel-Chmsl Cover/Removal.

3. Disconnect the rear washer hose at nozzle.
4. Remove the nut retaining the rear washer nozzle and remove the nozzle from rear window glass and vehicle.
