Heater Hose: Service and Repair
Heater Core Return Hose - Installation
HEATER RETURN TUBE
1. Raise vehicle on hoist.
2. Position heater tube (1) in it's mounting position.
3. Connect heater hose to tube (1). Install clamp.
4. Connect heater hose to water pump. Install clamp.
5. Install fasteners securing heater return tube to engine block and thermostat housing.
6. Lower vehicle.
7. Connect negative battery cable.
