12. Connect the accumulator tubes to the evaporator tube tapping block and install the two retaining bolts. Tighten the bolts to 11 Nm (100 in. lbs.)

13. Install the air intake tube and air filter housing cover See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Tune-up and Engine Performance Checks/Air
Cleaner Housing/Service and Repair/Air Cleaner Body - Installation.
14. Install the coolant recovery container.
15. If equipped with diesel engine, install the oil separator onto the top of the valve cover. Install five screws and connect hose. Tighten screws
securely.
16. If equipped with diesel engine, install the fuel filter . See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Tune-up and Engine Performance Checks/Fuel
Filter/Service and Repair
17. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
18. If the heater core is being replaced, flush the cooling system See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Service and Repair/Cooling
System.
19. Refill the engine cooling system.
20. Evacuate the refrigerant system See: Service and Repair/Refrigerant System Evacuate.
21. Charge the refrigerant system See: Service and Repair/Refrigerant System Charge.
22. If equipped, install the engine cover.
