NOTE: Before proceeding, See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Service Precautions .

1. Siphon as much fluid as possible from the power steering fluid reservoir.
2. Raise and support the vehicle. See: Vehicle Lifting/Service and Repair 

3. Remove the hose clamp securing the return hose (to reservoir) (3) to the fitting on the internal cooler located within the radiator portion of the

cooling module (1). Slide the hose off the fitting and allow the fluid to drain.

4. Lower the vehicle.

5. Remove the grille from the front of the vehicle (1). See: Body and Frame/Grille/Service and Repair/Grille - Removal 
6. Remove hood-opening weather-strip from across radiator closure panel.
