8. Remove the two bolts (3) on the axle trailing arm securing the parking brake cable (1) and routing brackets to the axle trailing arm (2).
9. On vehicles equipped with antilock brakes, remove the screw (3) securing the antilock brake wheel speed sensor (2) to the disc brake adapter (1).
Remove the sensor head from the adapter.
10. Remove the four bolts (7) securing the disc brake adapter (3) and spindle (6) to the axle.
11. Move the disc brake adapter (3) outward, away from the axle. At the same time, loosen the spindle (6) from the axle and remove it from the back
of the disc brake adapter.
