Continue the seat recliner installation given in the 1997 Sebring Convertible Service Manual (Publication No. 81-270-7122) beginning on page
23-14, steps 5 through 7.
NOTE:
BEFORE INSTALLING THE FRONT SEAT BACK, ENSURE THAT THE RECLINER CABLE IS ROUTED IN FRONT OF THE BACK
FRAME STRAP (METAL STRAP) AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SEAT BACK FRAME.
5.
Install the seat back to the lower seat frame following the procedure in the 1997 Sebring Convertible Service Manual (Publication No.
81-270-7122) beginning on page 23-11.
6.
Install the seat into the vehicle.
