Sebring Convertible V6-2.7L Flex Fuel (2008)
1. Position the pump assembly into trunk.
NOTE: Make sure the pump pressure valve (1) is in the horizontal or closed position.
2. Position the lines and retaining plate on the pump assembly and install the retaining plate bolts.
3. Install the pump onto the bracket:
a. Connect the electrical connector and clip the push pin onto the bracket.
b. Wrap the insulation.
4. Install the two bolts (2) and one nut to the pump assembly.
5. Bleed the pump and system.
NOTE: The hydraulic system uses ARAL VITAMOL ZH-M fluid. When replacing components or topping off system due to leak, make
sure to use only approved fluid. When adding fluid Convertible Top - Standard Procedure.
6. Install the spare tire and jack.
7. Install the rear trunk trim.
8. Install the spare tire cover/floor panel.
9. Close decklid.
10. Connect the battery negative remote cable.
